Top five canapés
I know, I know, first world problems in the extreme… but for people like us, choosing a great canapé is actually relatively important business. If you’re investing in the ultimate drinks reception, either to satisfy a sponsor need or make a product launch go with a bang, getting the right mix of flavours, textures and adding in that soupçon of surprise can make your event memorable for all the right reasons.
Because of the nature of my work, I have eaten a LOT of canapés, so I’m not an easy man to please when it comes to platters of tidbits. However, over the last year, I have tasted a handful of outstanding morsels at events (eating so many of them they constitute a proper dinner), so thought it only fair to share the glory with those who prepared them for us.
